Unsilenced is a collaboration between the French-American electro band Haute and the English dancer Billy Read.
But what looks like a cool music video with a dancer is way more deeper : Billy is deaf and he’s actually sign-singing lyrics about his own growing deaf experience.
The experience follows on Unsilenced.fr, an interactive website that lets the viewer discover all the lyrics written by Billy and then donate for non-profit La Parole aux Sourds, an organization whose aim is building bridges between hearing and non-hearing communities.
